The World Cup 2014 in Brazil. In advertising terms, a global showdown played on Nike’s home turf. adidas needed a world class campaign that made sure they got their share of the limelight. Our game plan was to go in big with a message that embodied the spirit of adidas in a territory that none of the brand’s competitors could claim. "Love your rival" did all of this and more, working across all medias – and beyond, and embodying not just the values of the brand, but the essence of sportsmanship.
